JEFFERSON - YACHTS FOR SALE

In the 1970’s and 80’s, thousands of boats built in the Chung Wha and Chien Wha boatyards in Taiwan sold to North American buyers. Many of the brand names denoted few or no significant differences between that particular brand and the generic “Taiwan Trawler” of the era. In larger markets, virtually identical boats, built in the same yard, would be sold under two or more competing brand names offered by multiple dealers. Jefferson Yachts were an exception to the rule. The trademark was owned by an American partnership- and all Jefferson yachts were built to ABYC/NMMA standards during an era when many Asian import boats were not. In the latter part of the 20th Century and first decades of the 21st, Jefferson built a number of desirable medium and larger sized motor yachts.
