GREENLINE 45

Got my new 2024 Greenline 45 from Ocean Pacific Yachts with MC2 Quick Gyro Stabilizer installed. The stabilizer performs beyond my expectation. Interior of the Greenline 45 is amazingly modern and stylish. However, I do wish Greenline can offer an interior teak floor option ! Both Andrew and Ben with Ocean Pacific Yachts are very helpful getting me trained on the twin engine boat along with all the details of the boat.

As everyone knows selling million dollar yachts in this market requires not only 110% effort on the part of the broker but an added edge to separate one’s yacht from all those for sale. It’s this something special that many times is the difference between success and frustration.

In our case Andrew identified those things which should be done to our yacht to put it in top notch shape prior to putting it up for sale. “I purchased one vessel and sold two through Andrew of which to report all went very smoothly once I signed on. Both were during what I would call the recession, which makes selling at a fair price difficult.

The first was a 53 Selene, which was sold within two months of listing for an excellent price, much more than I paid originally for the Selene.

The second time, Andrew helped me purchase a beautiful Nordhavn 40’ at again a very good price and four years later, he sold it.

The sale of the Nordhavn took some creativity and extra work. Andrew filmed and produced an excellent listing video, which I am certain, helped with the sale. He also used his financing contacts to assist the buyer through a troublesome closing. I had originally listed my Nordhavn with the dealer and after many months, I listed with Andrew.

The boat was staged and kept it in “show” condition the entire time Andrew was selling the Yacht. We would highly recommend anyone to use Andrew as their Listing or Purchasing broker, he is worth 100% of his commission. His knowledge and professionalism made all the difference.”
