Century Coronado 21

For more than eighty years Century Yachts has been producing high quality performance fishing and pleasure boats. In 1954 Century began building a graceful and very powerful high end speed boat called the Coronado for the more affluent buyer. The Coronado featured not only classic, impressive lines, but also unheard of speeds in a factory boat. She could reach speeds in excess of 55mph with stock engines. This elegant 1956 Coronado 21 is an example of the professional restoration artists skill. She was restored by David Lobb of Northwest Classic Boats with support from a perfectionist owner. She won the Woodmark Trophy at the Classic Boat Show in Carillon Point. She sports a very distinctive hardtop and features here original stock Cadillac V-8 with twin four barrel carburetors and 373 horsepower. Her top speed is an honest 55 miles per hour. The engine was rebuilt by Jim McNeally. She has a full boat cover and the entire beautiful package sits atop a custom dual axle trailer to take her to next Concours d’ Elegance.
